As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a small team of developers that are designing, developing, and running cybersecurity systems. This will involve designing and developing REST API, integration with the frontend and data analytics. Your role will focus on developing applications in our new micro-services Platform, which collects risk data, provides analysis and reporting, and enables remediation. This is a significant initiative, providing you with the opportunity to make a huge impact.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and capabilities:

• 2-5 years programming and problem-solving skills with a full-stack web development. Experience with Golang, Python for the backend and ReactJS for the front end is preferred
• experience in coding with either SQL or NoSQL database/cache
• experience in Agile development processes and a DevOps culture
• experience working in cloud computing environments (AWS preferred)
• knowledge and experience with API design and development
• experience with continuous integration and relevant tools, using the Atlassian product suite which include Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira etc
• experience with system monitoring and logging tools (e.g. AppDynamics, Splunk, CloudWatch) desirable
• a strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to self-manage
• strong troubleshooting skills and a creative problem-solving ability
• a strong learning mindset
